These individuals have first-hand experience
of critical incidents in a range of situations including public
order control, oil industry emergency management, hospital
emergency services and a wide range of serious crime investigations.
The INCSCID Elders support the Centre’s
research activities and recognise the need for rigorous scientific
research to inform policy and practice. They are also interested
in learning from the Centre and are establishing a regular
seminar group. Elders act as a steering committee for projects
associated with the Centre.
